Sunbelt Drayage Customer Portal — Terms of Use

1. Your access. The portal shows load, status, container and document information for your company's shipments only. Do not share your sign-in codes or portal access with anyone outside your organization.

2. Information in the portal. Information shown in the portal is provided "as is". Sunbelt Drayage is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party terminal or carrier data.

3. AI assistant (Vera). The portal includes Vera, an AI assistant that answers from the same information your portal shows. Vera can make mistakes; confirm anything affecting money, appointments or deadlines with dispatch. Messages to dispatch, document uploads and container tracking happen only when you confirm them. To answer, your messages, attached files and the portal information Vera looks up are processed by AI models: AI service providers we use that may not train their models on this content or keep it longer than needed to answer (currently Anthropic, and providers reached through OpenRouter with data collection turned off), and AI models that run on computers Sunbelt controls. Vera may flag conversations that look like fraud or misuse for review. Sunbelt keeps your chats with your company's communications, like email; Sunbelt staff and Sunbelt's internal AI assistants may read them to serve your account, detect fraud or misuse, and improve our service.

4. Authority. By accepting, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of the business associated with your account.
